Our Vision

Please join the Visioning Team in praying for guidance.

Eternal Father, we praise you for sending your Son to be one of us and to save us.  Look upon your people with mercy, and hear our prayer.

Lord Jesus, we join your prayer for unity among the members of your Body, the Church, that we may all be one so that the world may believe. (cf. John 17:21)

Holy Spirit, be our advocate and guide this Visioning Process, that the Mutually Shared Vision for our Diocese will draw us closer to one another and closer to Jesus.

Help us to honor and reverence one another as we engage in this process of listening and discernment.

Assist our bishop and his visioning team as they model for our local church a culture of listening and respect.

Unite us in a common vision and inspire us to be leaven, salt and light in our daily lives.

We ask this through Christ Our Lord.  Amen.
