Our Vision
“The community of believers was of one heart and mind.” Acts 4:32
Over the next six months of 2018, Bishop Johnston and the Visioning Team will be crafting a plan for our immediate future as a diocese. We need to do this not merely for ourselves as a Diocese, but also for those who need Christ and what only the Catholic Church can provide. Our task is to discern what God wants us to do, right here and now, and then act together.
There will be ten listening sessions across our diocese attended by Bishop Johnston and Team members beginning in July (locations listed below). Your input is vital towards shaping plans for our future: please attend any one of these sessions to share your goals, hopes and dreams for our Church.
Please pray for the success of what we begin, and jump in to the process and share your thoughts and opinions at one of the listening sessions. As we seek to live our Catholic Faith more fully, let us strive to do so as having one heart and mind.
