Being a vendor or exhibitor at the Annual “In His Real Presence” Eucharistic Congress is a great opportunity to connect with engaged Catholics looking for religious merchandise and ministries to aid them in their faith journey.
Space is limited, so please reserve your table by filling out the form above to get your space reserved today.
Vendor/Exhibitor Booth Planning
- Each exhibit space provides a table (6’x2.5′ for-profit Vendors vs 3’x3′ for Exhibitors’ pamphlets) furnished with 1-2 chairs and name tags.
- Vendors (for-profit only) may have 1ea extra table (6’x2.5′) for $30.00 to display merchandise.
- Wi-Fi is available, as well as electrical outlets. Please let us know if you do need these two items so we can arrange exhibit spaces according to needs.
What to Bring for Your Space
- Business cards
- Sign-up sheets
- Laptop for video, monitor, etc.
- Flair to help your booth look cool
- Extra Pens, highlighters & paper
- Payment method (square, etc.)
Friday anytime 9:00 am-4:00pm (attendees check-in at 5pm)
Saturday after last break concludes at approximately 2pm
Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Fee
Vendor registration includes designated space, attendance at the “In His Real Presence” Eucharistic Congress, & lunch
Vendor Registration by July 31st $35.00
Extra Table: (max. 1 extra table due to space limitations) $30.00
Exhibitors (i.e. those promoting a Non-Profit Ministry) by July 31st: $10.00
