Being a vendor or exhibitor at the “In His Real Presence” Eucharistic Congress is a great opportunity to connect with engaged Catholics looking for religious merchandise & ministries to aid them in their faith journey.

Vendor/Exhibitor Booth Planning
Each exhibit space provides a table (5 ‘x 2.5′ table) furnished with 1-2 chairs and nametags.
Wi-Fi is available, as well as electrical outlets. Please let us know if you need these two items, so we can arrange exhibit spaces according to needs.

Set-Up Time
Fri., Sept. 9 @ noon-5pm
Sat., Sept. 10 @ 7-8am (before attendees arrive @ 8am check-in)
Tear-Down Time
Saturday Daytime Program @ 8am-2:15pm: The last break concludes @ 1pm.
Saturday YOUTH NIGHT @ 6pm-10pm: If you want to display to youth, the schedule is 6pm check-in & hot dog dinner (30mins), then 1st break (15mins long) concludes @ 7:35pm; 2nd break (15mins long) concludes @ 9:15pm.
Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Fee
Vendor registration includes designated space, attendance at the “In His Real Presence” Eucharistic Congress, & lunch.
Vendor Registration by Aug. 15th: $30.00
Exhibitor (i.e. those promoting a Non-Profit Ministry) by Aug.15th: $10.00
